We are incredibly lucky to be located where we are! Scotland and in particular Perthshire is home to some of the finest ingredients in the World.

Great care is taken when producing our menus to source the ingredients locally and to allow the seasons to provide the produce fresh and on our doorstep!

Our team of Scottish Chefs pride themselves in incorporating as many of the traditional flavours with the ingredients that naturally compliment them, and so not allowing the dishes to become over complicated and distract form the original flavour.

We serve our all day 'A la Carte' and our evening "Something Special" menus in both restaurants, giving our guests the option to choose the environment that best suits their occasion.
