Being in a rural country spot we are very lucky in that we live amongst an abundance of wildlife. Wild birds are too numerous to mention other than to say we have reported sightings of hen harriers and kites in the area. Red squirrels and deer are also common and the occasional pine martin has been spotted in the woodlands.

Have you ever fancied deer stalking without a gun? We did, so we have made an agreement with a local estate for accompanied stalking armed only with a camera and a pair of binoculars. Come and give it a try – it’s a great experience.
